Tessa Waites is a 16-year-old sophomore looking to major in journalism. Waites was born and raised in Derry, New Hampshire but is considering heading south to attend college. Waites has been employed at Shaws since she was 14 years old but looks forward to getting a new and better job. She also wants to take psychology classes to see if it is something else that interests her.
